Peter O. Andah
Peter O. Andah, FGIT, FAAI is an Associate of the firm. He brings to the firm a breathtaking knowledge and practice of Taxation, having worked with the then Income Tax Department and Central Revenue Department (now Internal Revenue Service) for over two decades and rising to the position of Deputy Commissioner. He has consulted for small, medium and large sized companies (including multinationals) and has been an advisor to and consulted for the Government of Ghana on taxation related issues.
He is a founding member of the Ghana Institute of Taxation (now Chartered Institute of Taxation) and its first Honorary Secretary. He was subsequently elected President of the Institute in 1985 and 1986. He is an elected member of the International Tax Planning Association, London and an honorary member of the Oregon State Senate Tax Committee.
He has authored two authoritative books in Taxation namely Ghana Income Tax Law and Practice - which won an award from the Ghana Book Development Council in 1987 and A Guide to Income Tax Auditing and Investigation Techniques.
